Counselling & Psychotherapy

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, supportive, and confidential space — either in person or securely online, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best.

Therapy can help at many stages of life, whether you’re going through a crisis, living with anxiety, depression, or the symptoms of trauma, coping with illness or loss, or simply wanting to understand yourself more fully. It provides a chance to pause, reflect, and gain clarity, supporting you in making changes and moving toward a calmer, more confident sense of self.
